Casahipoteca is an independent mortgage broker based in Spain. We specialise in arranging mortgages and re-mortgages for Spanish Properties.

Acting on your behalf, we search the market to ensure you have the best possible conditions for your requirements.

We work with all of the major lenders in Spain, which includes lenders who are not Spanish but are experts in arranging mortgages for Spanish Properties.

Casahipoteca is an S.L. company which is the Spanish equivalent of a Limited company in the UK.

On our website you can calculate your monthly instalments, apply for a mortgage "offer in principle" and get all of the information you need to arrange your Spanish mortgage.

Our office is based in Benissa on the Costa Blanca.
