Casahipoteca S.L. is a mortgage broker/financial advisor based in Spain. Our operation is for 90% internet based, with one office in Benissa Costa and with 75 co-operating estate agents, Casahipoteca is one of the fastest growing mortgage brokers. Our product portfolio has everything that residents and non residents alike will ever need. With interest only, capital and repayment mortgages and various equity release schemes we are able to help 90% of the requests through estate agents and our internet sites. Our customers are Northern Europeans. Either buying their second home or holding their permanent residence in Spain. 

Function

We are looking for CeMap qualified mortgage brokers with a number of years of experience in the field. You will be provided with qualified leads and good contacts. You should be able to work independently with a good knowledge of computers and internet. As a representative of our company, you should also have a high level of communication skills and maintain a smart appearance.

Your profile fits at least the following criteria:

• University level
• Commercial experience as a financial advisor
• Communication skills and be fluent (verbal and written) in at least English and Spanish with preferably at least one other language.
• A high level of Customer Service, and experience in this field would be favourable.

This position requires a high level of initiative, we offer ongoing support and updated information.  Training in all aspects of the business will be provided for the right candidate. The salary will be based on the level of experience and the position carries a basic salary with a high level of commissions available. You should be used to working in a pressure environment, meeting deadlines and targets and exceeding expectations. Negotiating with lenders ensuring we are offering the best products available and continually striving to improve and expand our services.
